Adphos Thermal Processing held a successful workshop on the topic of "Coil Processing" in March 2025. It provided insights into the aNir technology, which ensures greater energy efficiency, sustainability and optimized processes in metal processing and coil coating.

The two-day event on coil processing at the Adphos headquarters in Brückmühl on 26 and 27 March 2025 offered participants exclusive insights into the innovative aNir technology, which ensures greater energy efficiency, sustainability and optimized processes in metal processing and coil coating. The event attracted numerous industry experts and decision-makers who were able to experience the benefits of the patented aNir technology first-hand. A state-of-the-art coil coating drying system was presented in a live demonstration, which was tested under real conditions before delivery to the customer. Visitors experienced first-hand how aNir enables precise and efficient heat application while significantly reducing operating costs and CO₂ emissions.

CO₂-free drying as an alternative to gas and hot air

In addition to the technology presentation, the workshop offered a series of specialist presentations in which experts explained the impact of aNir technology on industrial processes. Participants were able to engage in intensive discussions with experts and gain valuable insights into how energy costs can be reduced and production processes made more efficient. With rising energy costs and stricter CO₂ regulations, the demand for economical and sustainable solutions is greater than ever. Adphos' aNir technology offers a CO₂-free alternative to conventional drying methods such as gas or hot air and enables compact, space-saving integration into existing production lines. "The response to our workshop was overwhelming. We are delighted that so many industry experts have recognized the potential of our technology and that we can work together on more efficient, more sustainable solutions," says Dr. Kai K. O. Bär, Managing Director of Adphos Thermal Processing GmbH.
